These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Huda mobile application ("App") developed by Tolga Oturan ("Developer," "we," "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. LICENSE

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

2. IN-APP PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

The App offers optional premium subscriptions ("Huda Premium") with the following terms:

• Payment: Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time via your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, unused portions are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance and may cancel before the new price takes effect.
• Restore Purchases: You can restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchase" option in the App.
